Phileas is the Amundi Group training and exchange site. Accessible to all Amundi employees, the Phileas website is intended for a learning community in the fields of languages, IT and in the asset management professions.

Personal Data

When using the site, personal data will be collected. Amundi Asset Management undertakes, in its capacity as controller, to comply with the rules applicable to it in the field of personal data protection, and in particular the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) and Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended on data processing, files and individual liberties.

The personal data collected on this site are intended to support Amundi Group employees in the development of their professional skills in the fields of languages, IT and in the asset management professions.

The personal data collected are as follows: surname, first name, professional email, service, group professional identifier (IUG), computer identifier (RPID), manager/non manager classification, country of affiliation.

It is specified that these personal data are kept for the duration of the employee’s presence in one of the companies of the Amundi Group. In the event of the latter’s departure, his or her personal data will be automatically deleted. The data intrinsic to each training course is kept for the duration of the course plus the time required to set up an end-of-training report (summary of the level acquired, score, etc.).

Each training medium will give rise to statistical monitoring to reveal the following information: training subscribed, training time completed, level and progress achieved, score or result obtained. This statistical monitoring may vary depending on the nature of the training.

Amundi Asset Management undertakes to ensure that the laws and regulations in force applicable to the protection of personal data are respected by its subcontractors involved in this processing, namely the following companies: Vodelic, 7Speaking, ESR APOC and Amundi Reality.

In accordance with the amended law of 6 January 1978, each employee has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him/her, the right to object to their processing, the right to erase data, the right to limit processing, where applicable the right to data portability, or the right to define directives concerning the fate of his/her personal data after his/her death, by sending a signed letter, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent, and justifying his/her identity, to the following address:phileas-training@amundi.com.
